Small Kitchen Fire

This smoke damage was caused by a small toaster oven fire in the customers home. The first thing our fire technicians had to do was identify the type of smoke residue they were dealing with as well as the type of surface. Smoke residues tend to bond with surfaces they contact, so the technicians had to use a dry AND wet cleaning process in order to release and carry residue particles away from the affected surface. That method combined with our specialized cleaning chemicals ensures the smoke residue will come off completely. Finally, the technicians rid the room of any odor, although it was very slight, and made sure that the customer was satisfied!
